By creating an account, accessing or using the ZippyDo application, website, community chats, reels feed or local item transport services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ZippyDo, Inc. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

ZippyDo is a technology intermediary connecting independent local buyers, sellers, service providers and item transporters. ZippyDo is not a motor carrier, courier, employer or retail merchant.

Direct local meetups only. There are no prepaid shipping labels and no USPS, UPS or FedEx integrations. Every transaction is a direct, in-person exchange inside the operating corridor.

Items only — no passengers. Drivers transport goods exclusively. Any attempt to use ZippyDo for human transportation results in immediate, permanent termination.

No helper or loading exemption. Drivers are drivers, not movers. Buyers and sellers must supply a helper for lifting, stairs, loading or unloading unless a helper surcharge is agreed and paid in-app.

You must be at least 18. Accounts are individual — sharing credentials or letting third parties operate your account is prohibited. Keep your login confidential, enable two-factor authentication where available and report unauthorised activity immediately.

Permanent, unappealable bans apply to: fake accounts and identity misrepresentation; fake or fraudulent listings and bait-and-switch pricing; GPS, geolocation or proof-of-delivery manipulation; illegal, stolen, hazardous or restricted goods; sexual misconduct, solicitation or explicit content; harassment, hate speech, stalking, threats or discrimination; and data scraping or harvesting, which may also be referred for legal prosecution.

Both parties must confirm arrival with the in-app “I have arrived” control and complete mutual photo ID verification before exchanging items or funds. Meet in well-lit public spaces such as police safe-exchange zones, bank lobbies or busy shopping centers.

Buyer funds are captured through a certified payment gateway and held in in-app escrow until delivery or exchange is verified. Platform service fees and commissions are disclosed before checkout. Sellers and providers are solely responsible for their own sales and income tax obligations.

The seller must photograph the item before driver arrival, the driver must photograph it at pickup, and the buyer must photograph it at drop-off. ZippyDo is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Failure by any party to capture the required photographic proof permanently waives their claims regarding pre-existing versus transit-related damage.

A maximum of 7 gig cancellations in a rolling 7-day period and 3 gig rejections in a single calendar day. Exceeding either threshold automatically deactivates the driver account pending review.

You retain ownership of your listings, chat messages and Reels, and grant ZippyDo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, moderate and distribute that content to operate and improve the platform. Violating content is removed immediately and may trigger a permanent ban.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZippyDo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid ZippyDo in the previous six months or one hundred US dollars ($100).

Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration; you waive jury trial and class-action participation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any court proceedings lie exclusively in the state or federal courts of North Carolina.

Account records, private messages, phone numbers and payment details are isolated at the database level by row-level security. No other user, driver or merchant can read your credentials, contact number or private threads. In-app chat replaces raw phone number exchange.

Driver licence and social security identifiers used for screening are transmitted encrypted, processed exclusively by certified partners (background screening and payment providers) and are never stored in plain text on ZippyDo servers.

Automated harvesting, spying or bulk extraction of platform data results in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal prosecution.

Full refund — the buyer cancels before the seller accepts and confirms the order.

Partial refund — after the seller has accepted and gathered the item, a local processing fee may be retained to compensate the seller for holding it.

No refund — the buyer confirms the meetup and fails to arrive within the grace period; the transaction is recorded as a customer no-show.

Seller acceptance window: 2 hours before a purchase request expires and the authorization hold is released. Meetup arrival grace period: 15 minutes after the scheduled time, after which the waiting party may leave without penalty. No-show or item disputes must be filed within 48 hours through Profile → Orders → Get Help.

If a seller is unresponsive or closed at the agreed spot, use “Report seller unavailable” rather than a penalty cancellation. Once non-responsiveness is verified the transaction is cancelled automatically and refunded in full to the original payment method.

ZippyDo support arbitrates using arrival logs, ID verification records, photo documentation and in-app chat history, and may issue refunds or platform credits.
